Every Rue Roosevelt order is carefully packed by yours truly, ready to make its journey to you. Your jewels will arrive beautifully boxed and packaged with love, because opening your order should feel just as special as wearing it.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can keep an eye on your jewels as they make their way to you.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during busy periods, sales and public holidays.
Shopping for Christmas? We recommend ordering early to give your Rue favourites the best chance of arriving before Christmas Day. Australia Post’s recommended final posting dates for standard delivery from Adelaide to metro destinations are 17 December for NT, 18 December for WA, 21 December for NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and TAS, and 22 December for SA.
Express Post deadlines are 22 December for NT and 23 December for other states and territories. These are dispatch deadlines, so please allow an additional 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order, and extra time for regional, remote and international deliveries. Christmas arrival cannot be guaranteed.
We’re taking a short summer break! Our online store will remain open, but all orders placed from 1 January to 10 January 2027 inclusive will be dispatched on Monday, 11 January 2027.
