Every Rue Roosevelt order is carefully packed by yours truly, ready to make its journey to you. Your jewels will arrive beautifully boxed and packaged with love, because opening your order should feel just as special as wearing it.

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express Post.

• Standard Post: 2–5 business days from dispatch
• Express Post: delivery times vary depending on your location

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can keep an eye on your jewels as they make their way to you.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during busy periods, sales and public holidays.

Changed your mind? No worries. We offer refunds on unworn, unused and undamaged items.

Please note that earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Return requests must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing rueroosevelt@gmail.com. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. A $8 AUD packaging fee will be deducted from your refund if the original packaging is not included.

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at rueroosevelt@gmail.com as soon as possible, including photos of the fault and your order number.
