Give us a day or two to process your order before shipping them off to you. All orders are sent through Australia Post Standard Service and should get to you within a two to five business days. 

If your mind is playing tricks on you and you decide your purchase isn't the one for you, we offer full refunds on unworn, unused and undamaged items. All earrings are non-refundable. 

Request to return must be lodged within 7 days of purchase and are to be made through rueroosevelt@gmail.com. The amount of $8.00 AUD will be deducted from your refund if the item is not returned with its original packaging. 

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
